Springbrook’s story began in Newberg, Oregon when local City Manager and amateur programmer Rick Rementeria was asked to help the city of Newberg find a good program for Utility Billing. After discouraging results, Rick sat down and began creating what would become both our first product and a highly successful software company.
Over our 30-plus years we have continued to set the industry standard for how small and medium size municipalities and utility districts operate with high efficiency, economy and security, as they provide their citizens with the utmost convenience, dependability and security.

Today our 80 employees and contract specialists serve our more than 450 customers with pride and passion. And with renewed commitment we are dedicated to continued product innovation and improvement, and standard setting support.
